Awesome, very durable. Great for boat and beach daysThis is my 5th Vera Bradley tote bag! I have a huge collection of expensive brand name leather bags but I always seem to reach for one of my Vera totes for my everyday life activities. I have two microfiber bags, two twill and one cloth bag that is centuries old. I'm partial to the microfiber just because of the intensity of the color and durability but they are all functional. Why? One, they are just the right size to hold everything I like to carry, and there are plenty of side pockets and exterior side pockets for organization. It holds my laptop, my knitting (two things I am never without), my coupon bag, makeup, handcreme/sanitizer, my personal "ditty" bag (things you never think you'll need but always do), wallet/coin purse. There is also a special pocket near the top for your phone which has kept me from searching at the bottom of my purse! Two, the weight of the bag itself is light so it doesn't add much to the overall weight and it doesn't weigh down your shoulder. I'm a long time commuter and I learned long ago how damaging carrying a heavy bag can be on your posture and back. Three, they are well made, with sturdy zippers and seams, have beautiful contrasting linings, and they stand up on their own. I also love the zipper top closure for safety. I don't think you could ask for a better lightweight bag that carries everything. Now if I have to choose between my Coach and my Vera, I go with Vera!It's kindof ugly. It's not very Vera to my eye.The fabric and size are perfect. My daughter says it's ug. What happened to the old Vera patterns?Great size bag, comfy straps, love the front pockets! The only thing I don’t care for are the internal pockets all around the bag - small stuff is hard to find with how deep they are. A lighter colored purse organizer insert with shallow pockets would definitely be a nice upgrade. Overall, the bag is lovely and I use it everyday for class and clinicals!I love this line of bags for traveling because of how sturdy and durable and long lasting they are. I have the duffel bag, backpack, large and small makeup bags and needed this to finish my collection. I plan on using it for those extra items you need for vacation. It currently fits a medium sized fan for white noise, small iron, brita water bottle and a roll of paper towels. You need this!This is really a great bag! I was looking for something to carry my computer in for work but I didn't want it to be heavy. This is lightweight but very sturdy with a strong bottom. It easily fits my normal-sized laptop and charger, and has plenty of room for more things. It has nice long straps to throw on your shoulder. It has a pocket for your phone in front plus another zipped pocket. Lots of pockets on the inside too. It doesn't have a protective slot for the laptop on the inside, but I don't throw it around so it's fine for me.Bag looks great - sleek and trendy. Lots of pockets inside to put all your things, plus, it's big enough to carry a laptop, which is nice if you're using it to travel back and forth to work. I only gave it four stars b/c it is absolutely HUGE compared to what I thought it was - which makes it perfect for travel and work, but not necessarily ideal for the day to day.Best tote I’ve owned
